Jay W. Boggs
Mr. Jay W. Boggs is currently working as a Staff Officer with the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. He served 5 years in the U.S. Army as a Field Artillery officer in various leadership and staff positions. While stationed with the 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood, TX, he completed operational deployments to Kuwait and Iraq for Operation IRAQI FREEDOM II. Mr. Boggs holds a B.A. in history and government/ international studies from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of International Affairs degree with concentration in National Security Studies from the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University.
