Mr. Matthew Harber graduated cum laude from Truman State University (MO) with a B.A. in political science and history. In the summer of 2008 he was one of eight undergraduates who attended the Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) at Oklahoma State University. There he wrote a research paper that he later presented at the International Studies Association (ISA) conference in New York. He also presented a second research paper at the student conferences at both Illinois State University and Truman State University. Mr. Harber is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha (national political science honor society) and has lived abroad in Zambia, Madagascar, South Africa, Mozambique, Egypt, and Uganda. He is a 2011 graduate of the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University.
