Photo AMIT GUPTA is an associate professor in the Department of International Security at the U.S. Air Force Air War College. He is the author of Building an Arsenal (Praeger), and co-editor with Raju G. C. Thomas of India’s Nuclear Security (Lynne Rienner). Dr. Gupta was educated at the University of Delhi and the Australian National University, and has a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois.
