DONALD M. SNOW is Professor of Political Science at the University of Alabama. He previously served as Visiting Professor of Political Science in the Army War College’s Department of National Security and Strategy, as Secretary of the Navy Senior Research Fellow, and as Visiting Professor of National Security Affairs at the Air Command and Staff College. Dr. Snow is the author of twelve books and over 30 articles and book chapters.
