Copyright and Reprinting Policy

SSI studies hold no copyright. Current statutes prevent the U.S. government from copyrighting intellectual property since that property is paid for by the public and is therefore 'owned by the public'.

Reprinting - Since, at this time, there is no copyright policy, many organizations reprint our studies for classroom/seminar use. We do ask that you write us a message with the number of reprints and their intended use so that we can report this information for budgeting and resource allocation.
